Overview

The Vice President, Client Services will effectively direct marketing strategy for clients within RMI’s Services Division. Profitable division growth, client satisfaction and expansion into the Health, Wellness & Fitness vertical are primary objectives of the position.
The VP, Client Services is accountable for mentoring and managing all departments within the division, and the quality of its output. He/she will collaborate closely with other Executives within the company to meet the growth objectives of the division.

Responsibilities

• Full accountability to achieving revenue and profit goals for the division
• Accountable for leading continual innovation in how we serve clients
• Oversee business operations to ensure maximum throughput and ability to scale
• Develop and oversee strategic marketing initiatives that profitably expand client’s business
• Oversee new business development strategy for division, and take strategic lead in new business pitches
• Help identify and convert new business opportunities that solve client problems
• Lead and mentor department leaders to provide the very highest levels of client satisfaction across media, client service, analytics, create, etc.
• Maintain strong client relationships at the highest levels

Qualifications

• 10+ yrs. experience in customer-acquisition focused digital marketing. Experience in creating holistic marketing strategies aimed at acquiring new customers and patients
• Agency leadership experience required
• 8+ years’ experience of cross-functional team management
• Experience in successful P & L management
• Extensive contract negotiation experience
• Track record of increasing business with existing relationships
• New business evaluations and sales experience
• Track record of building strong client relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit required
