Response Mine interactive is looking for a Director of Marketing who is self-motivated, metric driven and an expert in B2B marketing. The right candidate must demonstrate a track record of successfully and systematically generating inbound inquiries and leads to fuel a sales funnel, boost awareness and trust in our targeted audiences and help accelerate and scale our agency.
The candidate we select will need to execute B2B marketing campaigns, develop persuasive content and engagement devices, leverage our CRM and marketing platforms to grow and nurture our audiences and support sales and client services in the generation, development and nurturing of leads and opportunities.


• Manage our pursuit of enterprise level marketing clients in healthcare, wellness and fitness
• Manage the marketing budget, marketing partners, freelancers, internal projects, and internal websites
• Be the owner of RMI brand standards, social accounts and outside communication of the company, be that in PR, blog, or published pieces.
• Develop, measure and act on key indicators of marketing program performance, effectively leveraging marketing analytics tools
• Manage an ecosystem of offshore project contributors through UpWork, Fiverr, and similar to regularly produce relevant and engaging content to attract our target audiences
• Insure the quality and accuracy of our marketing communications both internally and externally
• Push creativity and explore new ways to grow the business
• Deliver new inquires and opportunities for three divisions
• Support sales for three sales divisions, including management of or production of lists, lead follow up, presentations, and collateral creation and distribution.


• 6+ years of marketing management experience with 3+ years in a B2B marketing leadership role at an emerging/fast-growth company
• Extensive experience with both corporate and product marketing, including all aspects of marketing strategy development and execution
• Excellent grasp of traditional and modern marketing methods, including events, thought leadership, content marketing, digital marketing, social media, word-of-mouth, etc.
• Skilled in translating complex technical information into clear customer value propositions
• Ability to work at both a strategic and tactical level – serving as both a solo contributor and collaborating with a cross-functional team
• Ability to conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns that guide prospects through the decision making process
• Experience conducting competitive analysis and developing competitive positioning
• Strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals including market research, segmentation, positioning, performance analysis, copywriting, etc.
• Effective communication skills across all levels of an organization — from individual contributors to executive staff
• Experience leading working sessions and conducting presentations with senior executive leadership
• Ability to successfully plan strategically, organize and prioritize projects, work on multiple tasks simultaneously and to exercise initiative to meet/exceed deadlines
• Must demonstrate seasoned management skills reflecting proven organizational, analytical, problem solving and employee development abilities
• Technology savvy, including use of CRM (salesforce or similar), marketing automation (Hubspot), content distribution, marketing analytics and other tools.
• Experience working with or in support of a sales function; understanding a successful sales process and the ability to provide input and support as needed to promote sales
