Digital Marketing Recruiter

Overview

Response Mine Interactive is looking for a Digital Marketing Recruiter to join their team. We are seeking a team player who will utilize numerous networking tools to develop and grow a candidate talent base for creative and marketing projects and interim staffing solutions.
 
RMI is a people-focused agency. Strong candidates will have the ability to connect with people in-person, by phone, and using various digital methods to establish strong business relationships while delivering the highest level of quality customer care and service.

Responsibilities

- Build applicant sources through social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), job postings, attending advertising events (AIMA, AMA, etc.), relationship building with colleges/students (participation in classes, career fairs, resume events, etc.), employment agencies, and advertising talent, etc.
- Review incoming resumes and sort them based on qualifications and applicant requirements for current openings; make recommendations to hiring managers
- Train, mentor, and coach junior level recruiting staff.
- Determine applicant qualifications through phone and in-person interviews; analysis of responses; verification of references; comparison of qualifications to job requirements
- Remain knowledgeable on organization information, opportunities, and benefits and act as a lead promoter of the agency
- Meet and work with hiring managers to determine their ideal candidates and their top desirable traits for various roles; help develop job descriptions
- Project manage hiring managers: follow-up on resumes, follow-up on availability, obtain detailed feedback on interviews, keep hiring process moving: second round interviews, provide advice on hiring, etc.
- Build relationships while working with candidates throughout hiring process. This includes but is not limited to: follow-up on resume submission, contact and communication regarding openings, scheduling of interviews, communication/interaction throughout hiring process, rejections and/or follow-up after interviews, etc.
- Make offers and handle negotiations with new hires with assistance of hiring mangers
- Work with various internal departments to ensure seamless start for new hires, including but not limited to: paperwork for IT and HR Departments, involvement with first week orientation, creation of new hire welcome kits, etc.
- Assist with improving organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks
- Meet regularly with hiring managers to discuss progress on filling positions, new ideas for improving the recruiting department, challenges, etc.

Qualifications

- 2+ years recruitment experience in marketing/advertising industry
- Strong interpersonal skills with a strong interest in building relationships
- Ability to influence and sell
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Self-starter with initiative and drive
- Clear writing and excellent verbal communication skills
- Leadership qualities
