Project Manager

Overview

Since 2009, we at BPC have been taking a personalized approach to patient care. We are seeking a mid-level Healthcare Program/Project Manager who works to develop and fully execute initiatives to help practices in our network assist more patients in finding relief from their health condition. This includes the project management of marketing initiatives for practices within our network, and the onboarding and training of new practices.
 
This person manages the execution teams/vendors to achieve our daily and monthly goals. The manager maintains and expands practice relationships (including interfacing with surgeons, physicians, senior executive administrators) from daily communications to conducting improving performance objectives over time. This role acts as key liaison between client and internal teams including, media, creative, I.T., accounting, etc. and manage all phases of interactive campaign cycles, from research and planning to optimization and analysis.
 
Duties:
- Bring new healthcare providers (physicians, surgery centers, etc.) up on the BPC patient care platform (onboarding).  Specific duties include:
- Work with BPC support resources and healthcare providers to develop an onboarding project plan, including securing committed resources from each party
- Monitor execution of project plan to successful on-time, on-budget completion
- Conduct all necessary training of healthcare provider staff
- Once healthcare providers are active on the BPC healthcare platform, duties include:
- Monitoring performance
- Identify variances from expected performance. Develop and implement corrective plans.
- Report operational performance internally on a weekly and monthly basis

Responsibilities

- Coordinates the planning and execution of paid & direct marketing programs for specified practices in accordance with practice’s objectives and budgets
- Develops work plans & regular client reports/presentations for review by his/her supervisor
- Interface with practices on a variety of levels and functions while managing practice expectations
- Consults with media, analytics, patient workflow and others to develop strategic solutions to practices’ objectives
- Keep team members’ current on competitive tactics, positioning and communication developments relative to a particular practice
- Ensure all client deliverables are on time and within budget
- Analyze & track online campaign results, create and deliver relevant reports and insight to practices
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage unplanned and ongoing projects on time, and within budget
- Acquires knowledge of the practice’s business and patient base so that marketing and advertising problems and opportunities may be anticipated and addressed
Required Skills:
- Leadership Skills: Ability to keep team motivated, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions for the health of the programs.
- Time Management: Ability to work with employees, medical personnel, and senior management, often spinning multiple plates at once.
- Technical Skills: Project managers are expected to keep and maintain a budget. Confident in using math skills to make sure the company's money is accurately tracked and the business unit is performing.
- PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS A MUST: this position must resolve problems, identify bottlenecks, negotiate and solve problems to be successful in this role.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to solve problems that may come up during a typical work day. Analyze data and make decisions that affect the project on a regular basis.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2+ years of project or program management and/or marketing operations
- Healthcare experience is a plus
- Understanding of key online media and metrics, specifically within paid search & some SEO
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
- Fluent in Excel, PowerPoint, analytics, project/program management and research tools
- Develops strong PowerPoint presentations
- Advanced communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills
- Strong Initiative
